These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 299win ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 299win website located at https://299win.cam and all associated services, features and content provided thereon.

By accessing the 299win platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of an amended version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the 299win platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds, including real-money funds and applicable bonus funds, held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the applicable promotional terms.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of qualifying bets a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction mechanism through which a Player requests that their Account be suspended for a specified or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on 299win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or any applicable law governing your use of the Platform. It is a serious breach of these Terms to use the Platform if you are under the required minimum age.
2. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of online gambling in your location. 299win expressly excludes liability for any regulatory breach on your part.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into gambling transactions.
4. Single Account: Each person is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
5. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and current. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
6. Not a Problem Gambler: You must not be registered with any self-exclusion programme and must not be accessing the Platform in violation of a self-exclusion agreement.

To access the full range of 299win services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, and at such other times as we deem necessary for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes, we may require you to submit identity verification documents. These may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Platform

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

Deposits into your 299win Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The Platform supports various payment methods as listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of your deposit.

Payment methods commonly used in Pakistan — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as familiar payment references for informational context. The inclusion of any payment brand name does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by that payment provider, nor does it confirm that the payment provider supports or processes gambling transactions. Availability, transaction limits and processing timelines are subject to change and are governed by the applicable payment provider's own terms and conditions.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits using funds that do not belong to you, or from payment accounts not registered in your name, are strictly prohibited.
• The Platform does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts or corporate accounts.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where supported, are subject to network confirmation requirements and the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
• 299win is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests from your 299win Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests require completed and approved KYC verification prior to processing. Accounts with pending verification documents will have withdrawal processing paused until all required documents are submitted and approved.
2. Bonus Wagering: Any portion of your Account Balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement. Such funds may not be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
3. Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may differ depending on the Player's VIP tier and the selected withdrawal method.
4. Same Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
5. Processing Timelines: The Platform endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual settlement timelines depend on the selected payment method, KYC status and any additional verification requirements.

The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request, including for large-value or unusual transactions, as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money laundering obligations.

All wagers placed on 299win are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of the bet.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the wager is binding and may not be cancelled by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the Platform's applicable cancellation policy.
• In the event of any technical error, system fault or human error resulting in the incorrect display of odds, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and domestic competitions — specific rules regarding match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments and minimum overs requirements are published separately and apply to all relevant bet types.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to a delay between bet placement and confirmation. The Platform reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined.
• The Platform's decision on the settlement of all wagers is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live dealer procedures in the case of live casino products. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels.

299win may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published with the individual offer:

1. Eligibility: Each promotion will specify eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to verified, non-restricted Accounts that have not previously breached these Terms.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. For illustrative purposes only — a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before any portion attributable to the bonus may be withdrawn. Actual requirements are specified per offer.
3. Minimum Odds: Free bets and bonus wagers may carry minimum odds requirements, below which they do not contribute to Wagering Requirements.
4. Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Bonus Funds and associated requirements that are not completed within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
5. Bonus Abuse: The Platform actively monitors for patterns indicative of systematic bonus exploitation. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy to exploit promotions will have bonuses voided and may be subject to Account closure.
6. Withdrawal from Bonus Funds: In the event a Player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to their Account, the Platform reserves the right to void the bonus balance before processing the withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 299win platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under the minimum required age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems or any other means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to fix game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Abusing customer support channels through harassment, threats or false claims.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your Account.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to the support team.
• Placing wagers with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of bet placement (insider information).

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players through their Account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use 299win's trademarks, trade names or logos without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, harvest or extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299win and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors expressly exclude all liability for any:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue or data arising from use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, connectivity failures or downtime.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes due to system malfunction or data feed failure.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on Platform content for legal, financial or gambling-decision purposes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 299win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any Platform content, odds data or promotional information.

299win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable supplementary rules.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining following Account closure and successful KYC verification will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering obligations.

299win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and licensed, which may differ from the laws of Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, account transaction or bonus calculation, you must first contact 299win customer support to seek resolution. Our support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently, with reference to available account data and transaction records.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, you may escalate the matter through any applicable complaints process outlined in the Platform's dispute resolution policy, which is available upon request from the support team.
